Aus New York stammen die 1992 gegründeten NATURAL DISASTER, die sich bewusst fernab jeder Mode auf old school metal ihrer Art beschränken.

Die 5 Songs dieser Demo-CD scheinen ne gewaltige Dosis Black Sabbath zu beinhalten, denn streckenweise kommt Andy's Stimme der von Ozzy recht nahe und zeitweilen tun das auch die Gesangslinien. Der Rest der Musik ist schnell beschrieben. Straighter, altbackener und einfacher Heavy Metal, wie er Anfang der 80er angesagt war, angereichert mit guten Grooves.

Haut mich nicht vom Hocker, nicht etwas weils schlecht ist, nein - ist nur nicht mein Stil ... Fans der alten Schule sollten auf die bevorstehende Longplayer-DemoCD gespannt sein. 4 Punkte

NATURAL DISASTER - founded in 1992 in New York - play old fashioned and old school metal from the 80ies, a few times reminding me of Black Sabbath (both from riffs, sound of the voice and vocal melodies). The 5 songs on this demo are strong, powerful, heavy and give a fuck to all trend because that's the music NATURAL DISASTER always have played: Loud and clear metal. This kind of metal does not match my taste but fans of good ol' metal should watch out for the forthcoming release of a full-length demo CD. 4 points
